What to Include When You Contact Aura Chakra Reading
When you contact Aura Chakra Reading, a few details help us reply with an exact quote instead of follow-up questions: the date, the city and venue, the event hours, the expected number of guests and the type of event.
Tell us about branding if you want it. If you contact Aura Chakra Reading for a brand activation or trade show, attach your logo and brand colors so we can start the print design.
Mention anything unusual about the venue: outdoor space, stairs, union rules, insurance requirements or limited power. The earlier we know, the smoother setup day will be.

Response times
How Quickly We Reply
Phone calls are answered 24/7, and most quote requests receive a reply the same day.
Emails with full event details usually get an exact quote in one reply; emails missing details may need a short follow-up.
Weekend and holiday inquiries are answered too, though design proofs may take an extra business day.
For urgent Las Vegas bookings, calling is always faster than email.
Once you confirm, you receive a written summary of date, hours, package, design and venue notes, so everyone on your team has the same plan.
Changing or rescheduling
If your event timing changes, call or email as soon as possible and we will adjust the plan.
